Bent Arcana, c’est le nouveau projet 70s hard fusion/prog-kraut/musique improvisée de John Dwyer (Thee Oh Sees/OCS/Oh Sees…), ici entouré de Ryan Sawyers (batteur/Thurston Moore, Marshall Allen, Boredoms…), Peter Kerlin (basse), Kyp Malone (synthé/TV On The Radio), Brad Caulkins (sax/Earth Girl Helen Brownn, Oh Sees), Tom Dolas (synthé), Marcos Rodriguez (guitariste/Prettiest Eyes), Laena « Geronimo » Myers-Ionita (violon/Feels, Shannon Lay, Michael Pisario), Joce Soubiran (tenor saxophone) et Andrés Rentería (percussions/Adam Rudolph’s Go:Organic Orchestra, Jose Gonzalez, Flying Lotus…).

Voici un extrait de leur premier album enregistré live en décembre 2019 et qui sortira le 21 août chez Castle Face :
