34 ans après son album culte In Darkness, There Is No Choice, le groupe anarcho-punk anglais Antisect sort The Rising of the Lights chez Rise Above. Pour ce retour, le chanteur/guitariste et membre fondateur Pete Lyons est entouré du batteur Joe Burwood et du nouveau bassiste John Bryson.
